New mothers often leave hospital quickly, and gifts frequently arrive after discharge, which creates unnecessary inconvenience for everyone involved.

If you do choose hospital delivery in a capital city using express post, allow at least four business days or longer.

Australia Post typically delivers within one to two business days if posted with express, but many hospitals collect parcels from their local post office, which adds one to two days to the process.

If you still prefer hospital delivery, we send your order as requested.

However, we cannot assist with returning or redirecting the gift if the new mother has already left the hospital by the time it arrives.

Yes! Any order that contains multiple items with the same baby name, will be placed neatly together in the one large gift box.

All gift boxes include patterned tissue paper, any requested gift messages and are finished with a delicate ribbon tied in a bow.

Our character limits exist to maintain the quality of every personalised item we make. Shoes and beanies carry a hard limit due to the space available, so we cannot make exceptions for these products.

For all other items, if the baby’s name exceeds the character limit, we may be able to add a few extra characters.

We strongly discourage using all upper case letters when entering a baby name. Most fonts read noticeably worse in full capitals and the embroidery loses clarity as a result.

Our team embroiders every name exactly as it appears in the order, so double check both spelling and capitalisation carefully before placing your order as we do not make assumptions about how a name is meant to appear.

The majority of our products are personalised with beautiful, precision machine embroidery. We also offer a varietyof birth announcement discs that are laser engraved with customisable names!

New Zealand – $16 flat rate.

DUTY NOT PAID – $30 Flat rate

Because every item is made to order with your chosen name, colour and font, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, such as choosing a different colour or name after the order is made.

Please check the name, spelling and colour choices carefully before placing your order. We embroider every name exactly as it’s entered.

If there’s a problem with your order, such as a fault, damage in transit or an error on our part, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
