To order the plaque, enter the baby’s first name into the line 1 box and the second name into the line 2 box. There is space for up to 10 characters for the first name and 11 characters for the second name. The second name is optional, you can choose to have just one name on the plaque.

The expected delivery time to is 6 to 15 business days with most deliveries expect in around 10 - 15 business days.
