Our Floral Initial & Name Birth Announcement Disc is perfect for photoshoots and for announcing the birth of a baby, and makes for a great memento. The wooden disc features a beautifully intricate designed monogram initial. The initial is carved out of acrylic and includes a beautiful flower cut-out, with space for the baby’s name, date of birth, weight and time underneath.
