The above photo shows our Creative 3D Birth Announcement Disc which is perfect for newborn photos and for announcing the birth of a baby girl. The disc is customised with the baby’s name, with space for you to write on the details of their birth. The disc is a wonderful keepsake and is delivered in a gift box.

Choose to have either only your baby’s first name personalised on the name plaque or two names. There is space for 11 characters for the first name and 12 characters for the second name.

As some baby names are very unique, please double check the spelling of the baby name with the new parents before submitting our order.
